Terms & Licensing

1. CodeCanyon & ThemeForest items

These items are published on marketplaces owned by Envato Pty Ltd. Purchase, invoicing, licensing and refunds are handled entirely on their platform under their official Regular and Extended License terms. Our role is to build the product, publish it, and support its buyers.

2. Exclusive products sold on this website

Regular license

• Use in one single end product.
• Modifying the source code is fully allowed.
• The end product must not be sold to end users.
• Reselling or redistributing the code itself is prohibited.

Extended license

• Use in one end product that is sold to users or generates direct revenue.
• Covers SaaS platforms and subscriptions.
• Reselling the code as a stock product remains prohibited.

3. Delivery

After payment confirmation you receive a license key and a download link valid for 30 days with a limited number of downloads. When it expires, contact support for a free re-issue.

4. Updates & support

Updates to your purchased version are free for life. Support is free for 6 months and covers bug fixes and installation help; it does not cover new feature development or bespoke customisation, which are separate paid services.

5. Refunds

Given the nature of digital products, refunds are accepted within 14 days if the product does not work as described and we cannot fix it. Refunds are not granted for change of mind or for buying the wrong item after download.

6. Affiliate links

We may earn a commission on purchases made through our links — at no extra cost to you.

7. Privacy

We collect only the data required to fulfil an order and provide support (name, email, optional phone). We never request or store card details on this website. IP addresses are stored hashed, for abuse protection only.
